Liked: staff were pleasant and answered our quieries. Some aspects of the room were very well planned--towel rack easily reachable from within the tub, both sides of the bed had table with lamp and charging sockets, the vanity lights did not shine into sleeper's face, there was a night light built into the hair dryer so no additional lights were needed for a middle of the night trip to the commode. It had both refrigerator (with small ice compartment) and microwave. Room was clean.
Disliked: Arm chair by window had one arm very wobbly and were not able to use it in getting up for fear of breaking it further. toilet paper roll had awkward placement too far behind you.

Disliked: Walls were thin and you could hear everything from the room next door all night long. Sink was cracked. Bed was not comfortable. Mattress was very hard. There was only 1 bath towels and washrag. Half of the lights in the room did not work.

Liked: The price and location were fine.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned after the first night. Only replenished one clean towel, did not restock the coffee and the floors were filthy. Someone did remove the trash from the trash cans and that's all.
