Disliked: First off, when using booking.com there's no section for a service animals. It quotes near the pet section that "don't worry service animals are not a pet" therefore not to put pets in under your reservation cause they will charge you as if the service animals was a pet. So I did not pay for a pet fee for her service animal. A woman called me the morning after and said I was going to be charged a 200 pet fee for not paying for my pet. I explained to her that she was a service animal and booking.com did not have a area to let you check if your bringing a service animal only a pet. So there's that. And that's the least of it. There was hair folded into the towels on the rack. Dirt and sand in the bottom and around the tub. Top decorative blanket definitely needs to be washed as it smelt like pee. Constant barking coming from the room next door. As soon as the dog would hear us through the wall it would bark and bark till the owner could get it to stop went on till after midnight. I am a housekeeper myself and I will say if it hasn't been for my mother just wanting to rest after a week long trip across the USA, I would have made her leave. Money was tight so sadly this place is all we could afford. But the fact I had to clean my mom's room at 10 at night before she could even rest is outrageous. Your housekeepers are HORRIBLE at what they do. So having a dirty room, dealing with constant barking so loud that it effects the ENTIRE night and then being told im being charged $200 for pretty much not paying for her SERVICE dog. Yeah never again.
