I would never stay there...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Dirty room. Poor maintenance, staff not on site when we checked in. Outlets not working, toilet seat loose. Homeless man living on premises and constantly begging for money. No breakfast room or coffee. Ice maker out of order. 12 people - half of which were kids in the 2 rooms on either side of us.

Disliked: Dead cockroach in bathtub. Safety on door missing. Drunks fighting in parking lot. People walking around outside room most of night. Bed had stsained sheet
