Liked: I liked that it was close to downtown
Disliked: Rooms were not clean, there was trash left behind from previous customers, beds were not made, sheets were stained, very dusty. We had to pay for parking for our entire stay and there were bugs in the room.

Exhausted and Desperate

Liked: The price, everything seems modern and it was neat.
Disliked: The front desk receptionist was not warm, not even when I called, there was an attitude. I arrived there around 4 am traveling for about 22hrs, a little hospitality would have been nice. We arrived to our destination at 5am the next day and the front desk agent or that hotel was still warm. The top cover was dirty, with dirt marks, like it had never been washed. I also saw a roach. And I don't understand why I'm paying $10 to park in an open parking lot. I didn't see security or anything like that around.

Liked: Easy booking.
Disliked: Could hear everything, every time someone opened their car door to the people next door. Bathroom was gross. Blankets were thin. Mattresses had weird plastic things on bottom.No cleaning done for duration, no replenishing of towels. Breakfast was 2 cereals with milk left out. Toast if you got there in time. No replenishing, no juices or water, only coffee. Left a day early with notice and refused to refund.

Disliked: The refrigerator didn’t work,there was no remote to the tv so it was stuck on one channel , there was a hole in the middle of the bed like someone cut it out to make a stash spot ,and there were burn marks all over the room

Disliked: The showers had mildew along the rim of the tub, the beds looked like the comforter was just thrown over the bed, the smell of what I was told was drugs was so strong my nose burned. The photos on booking.com were not like the actual rooms; the lobby images were not the actual lobby. When I went to the office to cancel and request a refund, I was told the manager would reverse the charge on Monday, 6 days have passed, and I have not heard or had my money returned for the 2 rooms. I requested (in writing) the promise to refund the funds and they refused. I was even denied a receipt. The manager offered me a room at "sister" hotel next door, when I went there, the manager stated that man was not part of their hotel and had no right to offer that option.
