Overall, pretty good.

Liked: I like the workout. Game, it was very nice and convenient.
Disliked: Continental breakfast. breakfast with kind of small, not very much hot food.

Disliked: breakfast was not very good. no fruit or yogurt. only waffles and a couple of pastry and 2 cereals

Decent enough when passing through

Liked: I liked that the hotel was close to food, gas station, and I-5. It was a decent stay for the few hours I was there to shower and quickly rest.
Disliked: The shower needed to be cleaned a little better, the sheet had a noticeable stain, and breakfast was packaged pastries, coffee, and juice; for the price I thought it would have been nearly perfect.
