Very nice people running the hotel. There were 2 of us, booked the double queen bedroom. Our keycard did not work, so they gave us a key, which was fine! Stayed on the first floor with view of back lot that was freshly paved - no cars parked there which was nice, just a view of greenery and a picnic table back there. It was very clean, and the air conditioning and shower were great! It was very basic, with fridge, microwave and coffee. There are screens on the windows and you can open them! The outlets had usb connections as well. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. There was an ironing board, iron and hair dryer if needed. If you need a magnified mirror bring your own! The breakfast was very basic, only cereal and fruit I think, but they had a waffle maker! Maybe some bagels or muffins would be nice. My husband did not eat anything but he loved the coffee! That's all we needed! It was a 15 minute walk to the CMAC, which is why I booked the room there. I would definitely stay again if we were going to another event there.

Disliked: Door lock; keycard not working, but key was fine. Loved the waffle maker, but maybe some bagels or muffins would be nice too.

Disliked: The staff should focus more on cleaning found a dead bug in the bathroom and I’m pretty certain that you guys have bedbugs ; my significant other came out all itchy and bitten after a 2 day stay

Liked: Nothing, the room was dirty. The floor had not been swept, there was mold in the bathroom. The walls were patched with drywall but not finished. There was a bad smell in the room. I think it was the mold in the bathroom. I said I would never stay at an Econo lodge again . I had the same problems years ago at another Econo lodge. I thought I would give it another try, but that chain is terrible. Never again!

Liked: Incredible hospitality all around: met owner Many who was exceptional at customer service. Upgraded me to a suite to accommodate my temporary disabilities. Various healthy and indulgent breakfast options, too! Convenient to retail and recreational activities. Safe, friendly fellow patrons. Updated and inviting design. Provided ample local attraction pamphlets in lobby. Thank you for working with my travel delays with flexibility and understanding.
