Nice stay

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and location was good.
Disliked: No exhaust fan in toilet/bathroom.

Liked: I had to book a room for my 88 year old father who is not very and stairs were a bit of a challenge and the owner changed the room to the ground floor which was real nice!

Liked: We were surprised there were not waffles or pancakes, fruit, or yogurt.That lacking is rating less than an econo level.
Disliked: The loud fridge sounds. It was located adjacent to the bed. We unplugged it.Also no staff at reception. I personally never saw anyone until we called asking about the TV.I would expect someone to be available to clean tables during breakfast hours & until checkout. At least greeting them & thanking us for coming.Huntsville is just bad for snow. There was no concern for at least keeping the handicap parking clear & safe. & at least shovel an area clear of snow for drop off.Economy should not mean you are on your own buddy. There is still an expectation of some staff representation for the customer to feel appreciated. On those things, this visit will turn me away from EconoLodge again.
