I was pleased with the size of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.

Liked: Rooms were HUGE

Very close to the Theatre at Westbury, easy to get to - right off 495 -, relatively inexpensive. Met my needs for one night.

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Old, worn looking; bad coffee

GOT NOTHING I PAID FOR

Liked: The staff and location were perfect and it was extremely quiet and clean
Disliked: I paid for a room with a tub got NO TUB 2 king beds and got 2 single beds and breakfast and NO BREAKFAST. This is highly unacceptable I got nothing I paid for and believe I should be at least partially refunded.

Very good price for one...

Liked: Great location. Stores were just around the corner. It was very clean. The handicapped room was much appreciated. The staff (Kurt) was very helpful.
Disliked: There was no shower stool available for the handicapped bath/shower.
