Disliked: Room was dated esp bathroom. Sink cracked, bathtub stopper broken. Hallway and carpet dirty

Disliked: The pancake machine needs to go. The pancakes are horrible. Very doughy and undercooked. A waffle machine would be better

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Room and entire facility was very clean. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that breakfast was to our satisfaction.

Loved our stay and will...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely love to stay there again if we visit Hays again.
Disliked: Broken juice machine.

Met all expectations

Liked: Bed very comfortable, and staff very helpful. Location perfect for our trip. Breakfast was more than expected, and good. Enjoyed our stay and history around Fort Hays. Thanks for everything and economical stay.
