Liked: The rooms need to be updated. Cleanliness is lacking. Loose door handles, outlets worked when they wanted to, drain on tub wouldn’t stay up so I had to wedge another object in there to let the water out, hairdryer didn’t work, and although we were in a non-smoking room, I smelled smoke the entire room as we were surrounded by smoking rooms. Our second day we returned and our keys wouldn’t work. The front desk staff was always very nice and for the price I suppose it was ok.

Liked: Looks great from the outside. Rooms are dated. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Expensive stay with sub par accommodations. Decent location
Disliked: Carpet dirty. Couldn’t walk around with shoes on because made our feet nasty. Bedding had holes in it. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Only stairs to second floor, not good for someone with disabilities. No first floor room available even though I put it as a request when I booked room. Sink and counter not in actual bathroom. Would not recommend

Disliked: Staff were great but facilities were less than expected. Holes in the walls, in the doors. Half the electrical plugs weren't functional (including the one the clock was plugged in to) bathroom walls around the toilet had something all over it.
