Really good buy for the...

Liked: I don’t eat breakfast
Disliked: The toilet acted like it would flow over every time. And there wasn’t enough good lighting. Also the electric outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working. I had to blow dry and curl my hair in the room with no outlets on the wall near a mirror which was very hard.

What changed?

Liked: We like how comfortable the bed is, how the hotel is usually clean and guest care is important.
Disliked: This time was not the same. We have used this hotel for 4 yrs. The bed skirt had funky stains on it. We chose to sleep on top of the comforter. The entry table with coffee, tea, and water were left empty until the following morning, no tea ever and no ice in the water and water left from the day before. Breakfast, there was not enough milk, only a small pint pitcher empty. I don't feel that other than the yogurt, there would not have been enough for the guest. What has happened? Did mgmt change or an undervalued team member left? The care is not the same. We were sad.

Clean, but not a pleasant...

Disliked: The cleaner used left a strong odor. I'm sensitive to odors and it was too strong of a cover up perfume smell.

Disliked: I believe I left a pair of glasses in the room - phone call was immediately put on indefinite hold, e-mail not returned.

Liked: Breakfast room was very small. Skimpy choices.
Disliked: More choice at breakfast.
