Disliked: Window screen fell out and we got accused of taking it off. I opened the door first thing in the morning & it was across the door like a baby gate. I don’t know how it popped off.

It’s was a little crazy...

Liked: It was a little dirty.
Disliked: Small parking

Great stay in good area.

Liked: We stayed here during a heat wave and the air-conditioning worked great. We loved the location, which was across from good food and a great supermarket. We felt safe and loved the parking right outside our door. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing. It was as expected.

NICE!

Liked: The room was clean, spacious, equipped with microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. There is a small terrace where we spent evening. There is also included parking. The laundry was very welcome to wash our clothes. Area is very safe and quiet.The people from the office were very nice and friendly.We would return for sure, it is a very good option to visit Los Angeles.

Loved LA and we chose...

Liked: The room was made up for us every day, clean towels and bins, bed was made.
Disliked: We had the unfortunate experience of being woken up at 3:30 am by luggage being wheeled passed our door and then the guests above us walking around heavily for the next 45 minutes, the following night there was a party in the room next door and we had to call reception twice and it still didn’t end.No coffee or anything onsite, had to talk to the staff through a small opening in the bottom of the window, no information on sites to see as promised on the website, the upstairs patio area (although it said no smoking) reeked of cigarette smell and there were several butts and not fully smoked cigarettes on the ground with very dusty seating, quite unpleasant.We tried to talk to reception about the noise but they really didn’t seem to care.
