Liked: rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly, and the location is great (near options for food)

Disliked: Not getting to choose what floor... I don't like hights and they placed us up in 300 with no elevator

Disliked: I travel with a service dog, and they charged us a deposit for the service dog, even though under the Americans With Disabilities Act it is against the law to do that they violated my rights under the ADA
