Not Enough Snow

Liked: Stay was great. I chose to pay at property and was able to get an awesome discount. Chatted with manager for a bit. I was on the mountainside of hotel and even with the highway being right there the views were awesome
Disliked: I wish there would've been more snow on the mountains this year

Not a great experience here.

Liked: The location
Disliked: No TV remote. Left a message for the staff and no response. The world series was on and we couldn't watch it. There were stains all over the beds, none of the wall outlets worked, no one inside for the free breakfast and we both got extreme congestion from what I believe was something in the vent.

The worst stay I have...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: I did not like the blood drops on the bed sheets and on the other bed had dirt and human hair and the worst was the human body fluids their was no air conditioning the door for the ice box was coming g off when you open it and the ice box froze our drinks by morning I could not get ahold of any staff it was so bad I sleep in the chair.

Disliked: They didn't have a room for me they were already booked and you still sold me a room

Who knew they had hotels...

Liked: Staff was helpful, and all around hard working and pleasant. Traveled with my 19yr old son to attend a wedding and son became sick and stayed back at the room, He informed me that the staff running the hotel was so kind and helpful to him going above and beyond in hospitality. My son and I have decided that we will be returning regularly as we enjoyed our stay in this town and hotel so much. Thank You,A grateful mother
