Good for low cost stay...

Liked: Not a more modern, higher priced motel with lots of amenities but very convenient for a stay close to the hospitals and downtown. Fast food places and restaurants downtown, less than 10 minutes away. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean. Will stay there again because of location to hospitals.
Disliked: Pillows on bed were VERY firm.

There was no stay as...

Liked: I can't answer anything. They did not allow me to stay there because of the previous review I gave. She was rude, always! She banned me from there. I had said the breakfast was NEXT TO NOTHING, she claimed that I said there was no breakfast.
Disliked: Her attitude could have been better. She was very salty.

Liked: Location is perfect for parents weekend.
Disliked: The floors were very cold. It was loud the first night we were there.

My stay was unsatisfactory this...

Liked: The breakfast sucked! Only a mini-muffin and orange juice, and a breakfast bar? For the price, it ahold have included some cold cereal and milk, and/or oatmeal at least. Maybe some kind of fruit and toast.
Disliked: The lady at the counter had a very bad attitude. She was rude. I didn't car for the way she talked to me. For instance, I had complained about the bedspread/sheet on being dirty. She changed my room, but telling me, "Well now I have to do a report." Then, in the second room she gave me, I noticed a, what looked like to me, was a washed bloodstain, just a spot. I told her about the spot, in which she replied, "yeah, yeah, we know about the spots!"

Liked: there was a fridge and microwave - but didn't know because the website did not say, I would suggest one flatter pillow. sheets/bedding seemed clean, towels looked clean and no odor in the room. thank you
Disliked: there was a fridge and microwave - but didn't know because the website did not say, there was a nickel size hole in one of the bed blankets, the heater could not get the room warm it kept turning on and off within minutes only one for about 12 secs, bathroom was freezing cold, the bathroom sink - counter had dried white stuff and it was clear but could see in light reflection and the pillows were too thick/too firm for side sleepers, I would suggest one flatter pillow.

Liked: Heap and convenient for our Colorado Springs plans
Disliked: No hot tub!!
