Dirty, nasty, bug infested

Liked: Filthy bathroom. Cleaned up a nasty sticky coating of filth in bathroom, was charged $70 for the towels. Also a brown recluse spider in our room, broken hair dryer, rude staff. Going to BBB and NY state attorney

We will not be staying...

Liked: If there would have been breakfast, that would have been nice.
Disliked: No breakfast (only coffee), when they said they had breakfast on the Booking.com site. We had locals living in rooms to each side of our room. Everyone was sitting outside their rooms, which made us uncomfortable.

Ok but I won’t go...

Liked: Close to where I needed to be. And it was fairly clean.
Disliked: The beds had skimpy bedding. And the place had a bad smell to it so I had to get an aerosol spray. The AC/heater was noisy fortunately I had an extra blanket in my car.
