Disliked: The floor tiles in the room on the left side of bed had water oozing out when stepped on. notified the front desk and stated that this would be checked in the morning. no discount was given and I believe one was deserved.

I needed to find somewhere...

Liked: Clean, quiet, modern, easy access to I-85, grocery store and various restaurants nearby, plus a local park a few miles away for walking.
Disliked: I noticed some water coming up between the floorboards — most noticeable on the right side of the bed. Any weight/pressure in that area would cause water to seep up through. My socks would get wet when I walked over there. I suspect a plumbing issue (maybe from the shower on the floor below, but not positive). Also the bathroom door rubbed really badly along the bathroom floor — door needs to be shortened some. Just minor annoyances that I decided to live with. I brought up the water issue to the front desk, but I did not ask for a new room. Otherwise, everything was great!
