Liked: The microwave and refrigerators worked well, but adding a plastic spoon and/or fork would be great. It would be great to purchase them for a few cents from the receptionist.
Disliked: It would be great if the receptionist could give you a plastic spoon and fork (or sell them for a few cents), otherwise the microwave doesn't make a big sense..

Great stay and good value.

Liked: The person on evenings/nights was excellent! Great customer service.
Disliked: The noise from the room above us - sounded like they had cement shoes on.

Quality room for the price.

Liked: Room was quiet and comfortable. I judge rooms by bed and pillow comfort. Both were good. Close to venue that I had business with. Good value for the price.
Disliked: Didn't really have an issue with the stay.
