Liked: This place was scary, would not recommend to anyone
Disliked: Location, front desk, people hanging around vehicles in the parking lot. Since kids were still sleeping we decided to cancel and keep driving.

Didn't stay. Asked for refund...

Liked: Location was right off interstate
Disliked: There was a hole in the ceiling and the shower curtain rod was broke so you couldnt close the shower curtain. Asked for another room and it had a huge crack above the shower on the ceiling so I asked for a refund and the lady in the front said she would take care of it and we left.

Disliked: I can't begin to tell the nastiest of this hotel crap on the Toilet coaches on the wall pee on the floor and so so much more I got my money back asap

Disliked: The front desk did not seem to care if we were there or not. In the discription on booking it advertised a pool. The pool at this location has not been open in 2 years. I feel that was a bit false advertising. Chose this location because of the pool, so a bit let down.

Disliked: I went into the room my lights was not working my paint off my ceiling was falling into the room ìt smelt like smoke and mildew so I had a refund and then when I did get a refund it came right back off my husband's card

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Rooms that say non-smoking you pay for non-smoking but get smoked and safety locks broken off the doors. The hotel is in a safe area, but the residents are sketchy at best.
