Hmmmmm, not sure

Liked: The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The temperature was easy to control. The desk clerk was friendly. Room was quiet.
Disliked: Some things were not clean so made us wonder about the real cleanliness of other things; microwave, refrigerator, lamp shades, sink tray, light cover all not very clean. The TV remote did not work right. Volume control worked but channel search did not work. There was no coffeemaker in the room even though desk clerk said there would be.

I hope I won't need...

Liked: We reserved a 2 bed room a week in advance only to be lied to on arrival and given a 1 room bed. When I phoned Choice Hotels, the agent read the reservation stating it was a 2 bed roomed and then changed her mind and said oh wait it was a 1 bed room. Your whole organization is ran by a bunch of lying crooks all of the from the Gugarat State!

Disliked: The bed bugs. Being switched rooms at 12:30 am because of live bedbugs. Being denied a refund because management at this hotel feels bed bugs aren’t a worthy reason to be upset and expect compensation. Here is transcripts of the communications about this situation. Liked: The room was clean. Large bathroom. We were just passing through to get back home to oklahoma and needed a quick place to stay and found this place. Got there a little later in the evening so we didn't use anything offered like the washing machine area or ice machine, but did notice they had the area for it. It was an older place you could tell, but was kept clean and taken care of to the best of their abilities it looked like so that was good. A pretty simple place for a nights sleep. Clean towels, sheets, comfortable beds... if your looking for a clean basic night to stay, this is it.
Disliked: Very small area for checking in main entry and eating area for breakfast are kinda all in one. We checked out extra early to get back on the road and head home so didn't have breakfast. But when I went in to check out and return key I noticed they had cereal, coffee, maybe some fruit, toast and yogurt? Not sure what all but didn't look too big.
