Budget room with no surprises....

Liked: I was happy that there was even a room available during the GUARDIANS-Yankees playoff game. The staff was extremely polite, professional and personable. AND it was great that it was only $15 for the pet fee.
Disliked: The location was so very hard to find, even with GPS. It was tucked around, behind and under some other hotels. I did not like the rooms that did not have any carpet at all.

unpleasant and dirty with a...

Disliked: dirty comforter, bathtub was clogged and backed up and grout sealing the tub flooded the rest of the bathroom, tv didnt work, room was gross overall.

Liked: Manager Dave was accommodating.
Disliked: Room was very unclean and policies were not clearly stated.

Liked: Clean bathroom!
Disliked: Exit door on first level behind and to the right of front desk area was not working properly. Staff aware ...but no pending repair mentioned..no notice on door or alternate exit route indicated in case of emergency exit
