Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Our nonsmoking room stunk of tobacco. They were full so no chance of changing rooms. Spent a miserable night.

A good "budget" option

Liked: It was an affordable hotel, with friendly staff. There are a few 24 hours fast food places and markets around. Very close to Blacksburg, so a good alternative for Virginia Tech visits.
