Great location and staff, rooms...

Liked: Great location near Blacksburg and right off 81. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly. Location near Sheetz good for coffee as there is none in the room.
Disliked: BADLY needs repair and updating. Bathroom toilet didn't flush properly. Wall seams throughout bathroom and vanity need repair, no drain cover in sink. Some outlets don't function. WIFI is inconsistent. Room key didn't work consistently.

Besides the place being clean,...

Liked: Property was clean close to the highway gas stations across the street. Plenty of places to eat.

Liked: Clean, hot shower, friendly staff, breakfast was with fresh fruit n hot chocolate n bagels/cold cereal etc.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Our nonsmoking room stunk of tobacco. They were full so no chance of changing rooms. Spent a miserable night.
