Liked: For us there was nothing to dislike. For the price the value was there. Staff , rooms, the hot Continental breakfast was just perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Liked: The hotel location is excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was too early and just available 3hours. and the breakfast room is far from bedroom. A lot of noises from people with multiples kids. The breakfast content is poor.

Liked: People screaming at each other in their own room did provide some kind of entertainment, I guess? …until we really started wondering if there would be a literal murder in Brossard that night.The front desk lady was cool! …however she did not refund the $30 fee that we paid separately (upon arrival on site, not through the Booking app!) for cleaning due to travelling with a pet… Not that we asked for it, but given the experience we had, they should have offered a full refund immediately as a compensation.
Disliked: Pretty much everything else… especially the visible body fluids & hair, and food + lube/oil stains in the bedside table drawers and the sheets, as well as dirt and sticky floors, and weird grey film of God knows what in the bathtub, in both the first AND the second room we were “upgraded” to after reporting the scandalous state of the space (the later of which reeked secondary smoke… ) There were also unidentified people wandering in the public areas, just sitting in the staircases, going in & out repeatedly to smoke cigarettes and spy on other guests…
