Did not meet my expectations

Liked: Facility trying to improve but not there yet.. Rooms partially updated. Bed was comfortable. New microwave fridge and tv.
Disliked: No coffee in room or lobby first two days. Lobby opened late 3rd day. Furniture worn and some in need of repair. Hair dryer had plug spliced on and wrapped with electrical tape. I booked based on brand but should have read reviews first. Did not meet my expectations.

What a joke of a...

Liked: Nothing was liked at all, horrible service all the way around.
Disliked: Everything was bad, the beds are rock hard, bathrooms are to small, and to top it off the breakfast that is advertised as a complimentary was a bowl of cereal. Seriously needs all the way around improvements done. Went to the front desk to speak with the clerk only to find a note on the door saying be back in 5 minutes and if needed to call his cell phone. Called him and found out through him that he left town to pick up his wife from the airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma while his guests was on the property by themselves unattended in Bartlesville, Oklahoma! When told we wanted our money back since we left that same night within the hour of being there he refused to give money back. Worst place I have ever been in and thinking about turning that place in to the Better Business Burro since it was so unprofessional and pretty sure a violation of their insurance having no employee whatsoever on the premise. Anyone could have been injured on that property and where was he at.... OUT OF TOWN INSTEAD OF DOING HIS JOB THAT HE WAS HIRED TO DO!!! DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE!!!
