Good choice if you need...

Liked: The front desk person was super helpful and friendly. I had issues to open my door and before I could call the front desk he was already on his way to check on me. My room did not smell as smoke which I'm thankful for.
Disliked: The room seemed generally clean but the facility is outdated so you can see buildup on the wallpaper corners and such. The water pressure was too strong and the tub did not drain properly. There was a stain on one of the pillows, not necessarily dirty but if it's stained I believe it should be thrown away. I paid around $76 dollars per night for a one king bed room which I believe isn't the value of what I got but this was the one place with better reviews out of the lower priced hotels in the area.

Liked: The front desk staff was nice at check in. It was fairly quiet and there were several places within walking distance to get breakfast/coffee/etc. There is no sign on the building that I could see, so I wasn't even sure we were at the right place until we went inside.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. As a matter of fact, the front office was locked when we tried to check out. Our room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom sink, cigarette stains on the bathtub, and what looked to be black mold on the wall in the bathroom. There was also crumbs and what looked like a pubic hair on one of the thin textured sheets that passed for a blanket. There was no toilet paper provided in our room and only one towel (not that I used the bath tub anyway). There were also dirty handprints on the bathroom door. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable - it was like sleeping on a wooden floor with a sheet and the pillows were flat.
