Disappointing

Liked: I came to visit my uncle in AU Hospital, which was directly across the street, so that was great.
Disliked: When I booked the room, I chose the option to pay at the property, but the day before, the hotel took half the money from my account without my knowledge. Then I got there, and the guy at the desk said booking.com shouldn't be giving that option, and the reason they take it is to assure I have a room. It just didn't make sense because if I book it, it should be held. Or if you're taking money from my account, I should have been advised. Also, the bed was super hard, the pillow cases were dirty, there was no rug in the room, not even an area rug, so getting out of the shower walking around the room was uncomfortable. Although it was clean, the room had a musty smell, and the worst part was that the heat didn't work. I booked for 2 nights, but we only stayed 1. I won't be booking here again.

Liked: I was very pleased with my stay there. It was comfortable well-kept. The staff was great. And I would recommend it to friends and family. Also my next day at a hotel will be there.
Disliked: My husband and I were very happy with the facility and all. They have the best coffee I've ever had in my life. I had six cups.

Liked: The location is ideal. It is close to hospitals, long term care facilities, restaurants, and the historic downtown River Walk area.
Disliked: Low water flow from vanity faucet on the hot side should be remedied.
