It was clean and quiet.

Liked: It was clean. You can park very close to your room. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

People reserve at a hotel because we are not able to SLEEP at home. If you want to SLEEP, DO NOT come here. The walls are paper thin, the plumbing (toilets and showers) sound like an airplane taking off in your room. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found to help when the room next door had their TV blaring, left the room and returned at 5 AM.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Room was a decent size but the toilet was very small. But the Heating System in the Room Failed miserable - the AC/Heating Duct kept blowing out Cold Air in the middle of December. This was a most traumatic experience all night.
Disliked: The Front Desk declined to take accountability of the Lack of Heating problem - by quoting an inconsequential disclaimer. Finally the we had to wait 2 hours for the General Manager & had to explain the problem all over again. Initially they offered me a 5% discount - finally pegged it at 50% discount on my entire 2 day stay. This was unfair based on the grief we faced with the lack of heating in the room.Also the room hardly had any hangers & whatever was there was broken - check the attached pics.
