Disliked: They know me and I'm there at least once a week while I'm traveling to MD. I specifically ask that I get full service(towel and clean the room) while I'm out. I returned to see the room was not cleaned. No towel, toilet paper and the bedn wasn't not made. I also am now required leave a $100.00 deposit refundable a week later.

Liked: Only thing I liked is the friendliness of staff, although most didn’t even speak English.
Disliked: The room was so disgusting I had to ask staff for cleaning materials myself and I disinfected it myself. Stains from months ago, crack cocaine crumbs and packets everywhere, cooking spoon under the side dresser, burn marks everywhere (literally) and breakfast was barely breakfast and the WiFi I paid for did not work at all the whole time I was there.

Liked: The service has been going down weekly. Last weekend I request the room to be clean it was not cleaned no clean towels. This past weekend rooms had no trash cans soup ice bucket.
Disliked: Waiting for my deposit back.

Liked: Nothing. This place should be shut down. It had rats and the smell of Marijuana is impregnated in the walls and carpets. Disgusting place.
Disliked: Has rats, one got in our room i side a box of chips we had. At 3am we were woken up by the sound of a rat in the box of chips!!We kicked it out of the room and went to the front desk and they handed us 4 mouse traps! I guess that's normal for them so they have them available to give you! They acted like nothing was wrong, I was so so mad!! We had to stay here because everthing around us was booked. Oh btw breakfast is, cereal, bread to toast, muffins, coffee and oj . Plus the place smells 24/7 like Marijuana, disgusting!
