Liked: The staff very nice, it was clean and smelled nice
Disliked: Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Never did get a hot cup of coffee, the biscuits were hard and the variety was very limited.

Liked: The hotel and room were very clean... I liked that when room service cleaned our room, they included the extra blanket I brought when making my bed

Disliked: When checking in the customer service person charged us twice for having a cat. They said that the first card didn't go thru and asked for another card

Liked: The hotel was pretty much the only affordable option in a remote area. The staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The indoor pool wasn't heated. It was freezing. The breakfast wasn't good. No meat or protein available. There was a faint odor of smoke in the hallways. It was quite dated.
