Very good

Liked: Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast saved us time.
Disliked: It would helpful if the bathroom had a shelf over the toilet to have xtra toilet paper and washcloths and room for toiletries. The sink counter is not big enough for 3 people's toothbrushes, makeup, and combs and brushes.

Horrible experience with mean ladies...

Liked: I booked directly on my first night. checked in was smooth by the lovely lady on night duty (didn’t notice her name) $100 was pre authorised for security deposit. So I needed to extend for one more night at the reception but the rate given was higher. I told them I would book via booking.com. The ladies on money duty didn’t seem to like my choice. As soon as i confirmed my booking their attitude changed 360 degrees.First, they said my room I paid for was single queen and insisted on charging extra $10 to get me 2 queens. I didn’t have any choice but to pay as it’s impossible to cancel atm.Secondly she came up with pre authorising another $100. That was when I lost it. Like how do you want to pre auth that again when the first one you took was still on hold. She said that’s the hotel policy. When she saw I wasn’t going to let that slide she gave upThird, she came up with another hassle of early check in charge then said she was going to let that slide. Like wtf am already a guest from previous night. You are only moving me to a different room why should that argument even come up? I told her that travelers deserves some relaxation after a long trip not extra stress. She said I should step outside and get fresh air if I feel stressed out by her. Omg, I was moved to ask her her name because I know I must express my frustrations here and she proudly said“my name is Nor the manager” At that point I was exhausted.Ms Nor is such a miserable woman and too sad to work at front desk. I will never stay here again when next I’m in Lethbridge or recommend!Another observation which wasn’t about me. I was waiting for my ride at the reception as they made sure I checked out 11.30 latest. A lady who travelled all the way from Saskatchewan with her tired son came to check in. The receptionist told her check in is 3pm even when she requested for an early check in prior. They made her wait for hours. Then when it was time for check in.
Disliked: The smell from the bathroom was so unbearable that I got air freshener to repel the awful smell.

Disliked: Breakfast is minimal. There seemed to be. Some misunderstanding with our stay as we had to get new keys twice.
