Atrocious and Unacceptable

Disliked: This location prides themselves in being a “non-smoking environment,” but it is exactly the opposite. There were people smoking marijuana on multiple occasions outside of our hotel door. The floors were dirty when I came in and my socks were immediately stained with dust. I wiped down spaces and drawers with my own Lysol wipes and the wipes were brown and dusty. The beds were NOT queen-sized as they were described in my booked reservation. The owner of the establishment made an error in ordering twin-double beds instead of queens for every single room. We were also moved a few days into our stay to a different room due to construction and renovating. In addition, I could not breathe due to the A/C unit filter not being changed. I had to open the window to breathe in fresh air constantly. They only had coffee available 24/7 and it was obviously old. If they offer breakfast, then they should follow through with it instead of falsely advertising about it. If this particular hotel needs to go through construction/renovation/maintenance, then they should shut it down until it’s complete or get rid of it entirely. I’m sorry, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save your wallets, health, breathing, and well-being. This is a major WARNING to the public. Thank you booking staff, yes BOOKING staff for approving this review and protecting the public from this scam hotel.
