Liked: Loved breakfast. Hotel is going thru some renovation but beds were comfortable. Loved all the pillows.
Disliked: Hole in shower and peeling ceiling

Liked: friendly at check in
Disliked: I informed the front desk when I checked in at 1pm that the smoke alarm battery was low because it was beeping every 30-45 seconds. I let them know I was attending an event, so they had all day to fix it. When I returned to the room at 11pm, the smoke alarm was still beeping. I again reported it to the front desk and was told they would be up in 10 minutes to fix. I waited 30 minutes and no one came. I grabbed my belongings and drove home. Worst hotel "stay" I've experienced.

Liked: Laminate floors vs carpet.
Disliked: In the middle of a renovation. Dirty. No mention of that at time of booking or before check in.

Liked: the meal was very good, had biscuits and gravy that I heated up in the microwave. the apple juice was a nice cool temperature.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded my expectations. Great job, thank you!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like about my stay
