Liked: It is in a central location, and the price is cheap.
Disliked: We have stayed here twice. And for the price it's the cleanliness and comfort level you would expect. However, twice now, they have given us problems at check-in, blaming booking.com - the first time it was because I booked it for my daughter and they said my daughter wasn't on the reservation, although I had put her on the reservation. After a few minutes he "reloaded" the reservation and she was on it suddenly. Tonight, the reservation was only under my daughter's name and they tried to tell her that they didn't receive payment from booking.com and that she would need to pay them directly. She called me because it was prepaid under my card. I had confirmation of payment, had an email from booking.com that I oaid and could show my card had been charged. He said he couldn't cancel but that I had to and then pay him directly. I refused because it was non-refundable room. After 5 minutes of discussion where I held my ground about not paying twice he once again suddenly saw that my payment had just gone through (I had made the reservation 5 hrs before, so it was not a last minute delay).
