Disliked: This location seems to attract loitering people. Some just sat at the entrance and smoked. At night there was shouting. The three lane one way street it’s on sounded like a raceway (but in all fairness, all the hotels on this sreet will hear this).

Disliked: Location - although it’s walkable to downtown, it’s located in a rough neighborhood with homeless people in the surrounding area. Faciity - the room has AC window unit but we were not able to control the temperature, it can get cold in the evening so we just turned it off and pulled the window curtain to cover it and the cracks surrounding the window unit. There was no hairdryer in the room, we asked for it twice and the manager just said “I will look for one”, we never got one nor any notification from her. There’s no closet in the room which is not important, but they should provide more than one hanger on the rack that looks like clothing rack. The refrigerator made a lot of loud sound. The wall is so thin we could hear EVERYTHING - outside the premise and in the hallway.Lobby - breakfast seemed to be provided inconsistently for the 3 nights we were there, but there was no stirrer for the coffee, no plates for the muffin, and no spoons for yogurt. The 2nd and 3rd days there was no coffee or yogurt, the manager simply said no when asked. Hallway - carpet was really dirty, there was a bucket with broom seemed to permanently stay in the hallway, the water was dirty and appeared to be there for several days. We never saw any staff cleaning it while we were there. There was no trash cans we could see so people just left empty water bottles, yogurt cups etc on the railings. There’s no elevators in the Inn but Mike who picked us up from the airport was so nice to help us to get the luggages to our room we checked in. The charges - we paid in full to booking.com when we booked the room, however, we were asked to sign another credit card payment that had a different amount when we checked in, we were all tired at 3am when we checked in so we signed it, the night person there didn’t know why. The next day we found out from the day manager that the credit card was not ours, it seemed to be the process between booking.com and Econo Inn. Very strange.

Disliked: Bathroom fan didnt work. It looked like it had caught on fire at one time.No maid service or fresh towels daily. Also it was double room, but only had 1 bath towel. When we asked for another towel at front desk, we was told we had to return a towel to get another towel.TV remote did not work for on and off or volume up and downNo handicap double rooms on first floor. Climbing 2 flights of stairs was very difficult
