Liked: Was almost everything i expected. Beautiful, quiet, and cozy place with friendly staff.It's important to stay conscious and aware of the impact we can make to the environment. Will be back and recommend it 100%I love the eco-friendly idea fabulous
Disliked: The room was really hot, but I couldn't open the windows for long because it wasn't windows protective shield and i was afraid any insects or bug could get in. The bed was super hard. I had very bad sleep and body aches.Another thing the toiletry isn't eco-friendly at all is full of harms chemical and that is a pity

Liked: Staff is cheerful and smiling. Special thanks to Giovanni. Bathroom door was not closing properly. But they have changed the room, and upgraded it.
Disliked: Rooms could be a bit bigger. The first room before upgrade was a bit small.

Liked: The personal helped us with everything we needed . For exemples we needed some adaptors because our phone chargers didn't match with the snuff in order to plug in.The room and the bathroom was extremly clean and smelled so good.The cleaning lady/man also cleaned The room when we were visting Milano . So we came home to a clean apartament.The location was super close to the Subway (Affiori Centro) aprox 7 min walk .Reception open non stop .
Disliked: I have nothing to say bad about this place.

Liked: The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It is clean.
Disliked: The Wifi has been a bit weak. Also the water pressure of the shower in my first room was very weak so I have to change room.

Liked: The location was walking distance from the tram station, so it was easy to commute to and from the centre. The room was spacious and clean with good heating and windows to let in fresh air.
Disliked: The shower head had very low water pressure. It would have been better if it had been fixed and working well before our visit. We also noticed water coming from below the cabinet, which was backed up against the bathroom wall. There was also this costant metal sound coming from behind the cabinet, which made falling asleep difficult. The walls are very thin. We could hear the couple next doors going at it loud and clear which made it very awkward.But these things, if fixed, could make this place a great pick for Milan.
