Liked: Convenient location, clean
Disliked: I probably would have a better outlook, if my experience in the days after my stay had been better. After clearly stating at checkin desk that I had already paid for the room through Booking, they still asked for another form of payment which I was under the belief that it was for a standard hotel hold that would be refunded. I was assured that I wouldn’t be charged again, but sure enough days later there was the charge for the room on my other card. I’ve spent countless days talking to various representatives from Booking and the hotel trying to convince and prove that I was charged twice on different forms of payment, and none has been able to help get my refund until now and it’s been 15 days! The only excuse that I’ve been given from the hotel is that it’s bc they are a new hotel and their system wasn’t able to see my prepaid transaction yet. That should not be the customer’s problem in my opinion. I have yet to receive my refund to this day. It makes me think twice about booking anything from this point in with a 3rd party.

Didn't actually stay here. Use...
Liked: The desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist after finding out we really didn't have a room reservation. They hotel was new and looked to be recently opened.
Disliked: The fact that there was a MAJOR disconnect between booking.com (and other 3rd party booking sites) and the hotel was frustrating. We arrived late in the evening on our way to western NC to check on family effected by Hurricane Helene only to find out we didn't have a room and there were pretty much no rooms available in the area. The desk clerks started calling around to other area hotels to assist with finding us a room.
