Lovely hotel, staff and location...

Liked: Everything about the hotel was lovely
Disliked: The room was very hot and we couldn’t turn the temperature down. The thermostat wasn’t working for some reason so made for quite an uncomfortable night for sleeping. I couldn’t even open the window.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: No decaf coffee. Water wasn’t very warm. Room was very hot and couldn’t adjust temperature.

As near as perfect as...

Liked: As soon as you enter the hotel you know it is a class act …..You need more than one night to appreciate all the subtle touches …. electronic toys in the room … motorised curtains , great tv with Sonos sound bar , … …. Luxury toiletries in a high tech bathroom …. …. No expense spared . … if I didn’t know the price of the room I would have expected to pay double !! Lovely staff ……nice little touch that you receive emails or texts about your stay and simple check outs …
Disliked: I hate to say it but breakfast could be far more enjoyable…. Don’t get me wrong the continental breakfast is ok .. you won’t starve but the delivery of the specials is a massive disappointment….. with a little bit of effort in the delivery I wouldn’t have to have written this part of the review !
