Location was great for shops...

Liked: Room was clean, 4 poster bed very comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor standard, over cooked and dry! Not a good variety of different things to choose from, I had paid for breakfast for my 2 night stay but only had it once. The shower in my room was shocking! Water was boiling hot too hot to get under couldn’t get it cooler at all! I did tell the staff but nothing was done so myself and daughter had to wash from the sink which was a nightmare! When you pay over £250 to stay somewhere you want to be able to have a wash there!! There was music being played untill 2am I’m not sure exactly where it was coming from but that was both nights I was there so very difficult to get to sleep!

Liked: Location convenient for walk into City Centre and good parking.
Disliked: Property is tired, walls and paintwork grubby, whilst it is budget accommodation would expect basic decor to be in a clean state. One pillow had dirty under cover, not enough seating for four in lounge area for party of four.
