Could be better, good potential.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, responsive to getting us what we needed quickly and with a smile. Bed was comfy, pillows were nice too. Tv and fireplace were nice.
Disliked: Needs a remodel... flooring falling apart in the bathroom, bathroom faucet needs to be fixed, shower faucet wouldn't shut off, moulding needs to be replaced. Windows are old and not insulated and need to be replaced...too noisy and we could hear people just walking outside from the 3rd floor.

Great place to stay. Reasonably...

Liked: Ocean view! Clean room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast included.
Disliked: The toilet was too low. It was a very windy few days and the pilot light on the fireplace kept blowing out.
