OUTSTANDING!

Liked: Wonderful room. We arrived late due to flight delays & the hotel gave us an upgrade to a suite instead of turning us away or charging more. EXCELLENT room & we wished we were staying longer so we could have enjoyed it more. Super comfy bed, lovely sitting room with great coffee maker, big bathroom with nice toiletries. Super helpful front desk staff. Complimentary airport shuttle ran frequently & had very courteous drivers.
Disliked: Wish we could have stayed longer.

Disgusting room had blood on...

Liked: Bartender and food. This was the 2nd time to meet this great bartender. Super personality, fun to speak too. The food was very delicious!
Disliked: This was our 2nd time at this location because of layovers from our vacation (overnight). Last night we arrived around 8:30pm, checked in and got up to our room. It was very stuffy, turned down the ac, and went downstairs for dinner. Came back up, room still stuffy, noticed that the bar was never restocked (photo), the TV has an echo and in the audio which is giving it a double sound when you listen to it, very annoying. The sheets are extremely itchy, as they are bleached too much not sure, but left an irritation on my skin as well as my wife. She took a shower this morning and was not too bad, I on the other hand, was itchy all day. Now the disgusting and horrible part about our experience, this morning we noticed that on the front, under-part of the toilet there was blood down the toilet. We did not notice it late last night. We also noticed that there is a blood stain on bench in front of the bed. This is unacceptable this would tell me that this room was not cleaned at all. I should not be charged for this disgusting room!
