Excellent stay at the Eaton...

Liked: Excellent location. They upgraded our rooms so we can have a connecting room with my son. Rooms are very quiet and beds are confortable. Lots of room to store our luggage and clothes. The restaurant is excellent. I liked the feel of the hotel and its political exhibits.
Disliked: No coffee in rooms and the coffee in the lobby is a bad drip coffee. No breakfast but the coffee shop in the lobby is good but crowded.

Fantastic

Liked: Location, rooms very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Guest should have the ability to get into the speakeasy bar without being put in a long waitlist, hotel amenities should be for guest first.

Great stay

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were not only very comfortable, but also had a unique touch with lovely vinyl records and a player, which made the atmosphere even more special. Celia, our hostess, was incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Her hospitality truly made the experience memorable. We appreciate all the thoughtful details and can’t thank her enough for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Breakfast and food service was barely any good

Liked: Overall excellent stay. Great location that was accessible via the Metro, as well as able to walk around the city. Nice size room and bathroom. Excellent wifi. Hotel restaurant was very good. Overall good price point at a busy time.
Disliked: Overall no real issues with my stay.

Hotel is fine but all...

Liked: The staff at check in was friendly, although they did want to charge me a second time for a hot min because there was some disconnect with the payment getting from booking.com to them... so that was a bit annoying but ultimately they said they'd have their manager look at it later. The room was generally fine. Appreciated that it was dog friendly. Generally walkable to a bunch of sites.
Disliked: At checkin I was told I could request a kettle or coffee maker for my room so I requested a kettle. They didn't bring the kettle... so we had to request it again and it took them ~45 min to bring it up... along with a couple pretty sad looking teas. There were also zero amenities (eg qtips, shower cap) already in the room, or if they were in there, they were hidden well. The bathroom was tight - the shower smelled like chlorine when you opened the door, which was odd. The water pressure from the sink was too strong - it washed not just your hands, but the entire counter and your pants. Since the hotel has the rooftop and other attractions in it, there are a lot of non-guests staying at the hotel. Which is fine but... had a bit of an encounter with some rude rooftop bar guests in the elevator. I'd personally prefer a less hip hotel if it means getting to my room without random people being jerks to me.
