Located on the corner of 12th and K Streets NW in Downtown Washington Eaton DC is blocks away from shopping the Metro and the Smithsonian. Every room features a floor-to-ceiling window a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and a stocked mini-bar. The Eaton is a sweet...

Liked: Fresh, modern decor, and a very welcoming staff. The room was well laid out, spotless, and a very comfortable space to relax in after a busy day in the city. I loved the location directly across from Planet Word and Franklin Park. Plenty of options nearby for coffee and dining.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous
Disliked: The lack of actual room service for food and beverages was kind of a bummer. The restaurant downstairs was really ok and staff friendliness did not seem to extend to bar staff, both rooftop and downstairs.

Very good

Liked: Great location, nice facilities, perfect showers. The suites are great. Regular rooms are a little small but comfortable. Nice rooftop bar and beautiful little speakeasy bar.
Disliked: Lighting could be better in the bedroom area, coffee/ tea maker would be great in the rooms but is provided downstairs. I like a bathrobe provided but they are not available here. Steamer instead of an iron was a nice touch.
