Very good
Liked: Better than I expected - yes, the rooms are tiny, but super clean and comfortable - perfect for a solo traveller. Location is great - close to Earl's Court tube stop and an easy walk through the lovely Kensington neighborhoods to Kensington High Street or Olympia.
Disliked: No lift and I got tired of the stairs to the 4th floor! But you get what you pay for. There was also a balcony outside my window and someone showed up on it at about 8am which scared me, but in hindsight I should have kept the blinds closed.

Decent place for a one...
Liked: V clean and great location Don’t be put off by outside scaffolding
Disliked: Make sure you book a room with a window- my brother didn’t have one and it can be a tad claustrophobic. Be prepared that rooms are very small so ok for one person.

Maximum space efficiency with a...
Liked: It's just an extraordinarily comfortable bed with a bathroom, which is all you need. Location is amazing.
Disliked: No windows, but who cares? It's a place to sleep in Kensington that won't cost you your first-born child.

Nauseating
Liked: Location was great for getting to the station and had decent venues nearby
Disliked: The room was much more cramped that was expected so much so that we could not stand on the floor if we needed to open our suitcase, and it also felt like a pop up temporary accommodation rather than a hotel room. There was a leaking shower so whole room smelt damp and musty which made it hard to breathe.Beds were hard and the sheets were not fully clean, having bits of dust and debris scattered about.Staff were unmotivated at best as when we first arrived the front desk barley spoke a word but felt dismissive when we had some queries. We had sent several emails weeks before arriving to ask about the early check in, which were all ignored even though we know they read them as staff member at the front desk mentioned reading that it was our anniversary in one of the emails. We did end up arriving early so they gave us a key to a room that was not yet cleaned from the previous occupant but when we came back that night to finally get into the room the sheets were a mess, there were damp towels on the bed and the while room smelt like a men's changing room.Overall all was a cheap hotel that really shows it but I don't think it's worth all the downsides.

Worth it if you’re in...
Liked: I liked how helpful the staff were. It was not a difficult journey from the train station and was an easy journey the hospital nearby I was visiting early in the morning.I was bitterly disappointed by the room I was first put in. I was moved rooms and even though this was on the 4th floor (I use a walking stick) - it was so much better. I had a comfortable sleep and a good shower.
Disliked: The first room I was put in on the ground floor was awful. It was an accessible room with no modcons. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room, and it wasn’t great but I thought it was ok. However I went to run a shower and I was horrified. First, the shower started leaking everywhere. When I got into the shower and went to put the accessible seat down it was mouldy and broken.I complained to front desk and said it wasn’t acceptable. Because there was no ventilation in the room it meant I was just breathing in hot mould.I was very glad to be moved into a new room.I was told they were renovating from the top floor down - which I understand, but I wouldn’t have seen the room I was in as habitable.

Small but restful!
Liked: The shower was hot and strong and the bed and towels fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was a very restful sleep. The hotel is very quiet and we had no disturbances. The location is fantastic and a short walk to the museums and shopping areas. I liked having a TV on the wall. The staff were available all evening and very friendly.
Disliked: This would be better for a solo traveller as the rooms are extremely small (a bed and about a foot of clearance) with no surfaces, no bedside table or anywhere to place your valuables (our phones had to be charged on the floor). There is nowhere to put your clothes apart from on the bed. The en suite is a wet closet and also very tiny. There is no shampoo or body wash, only hand soap so bring your own if you need any.
