Liked: For the price we were paying, I think more storage, even in the form of shelves would have been a big plus for the facility offering. The room could do with a window and have sockets nearer the bed.Staff were lovely and bed was comfy though.Overall, a little pricey compared to what's on the market but acceptable as accommodation.

Great location, limited facilities but...

Liked: Excellent greeting from Jorges on reception, made me feel very welcome and explained all relevant topics, helped with Wifi when the system did not work immediately. Room very compact but comfortable.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the morning, hence cold shower. Nowhere to hang or place clothing.

Cheap and cheerful in a...

Liked: Lovely part of London and very good value.
Disliked: Tiny rooms with no windows and bright orange showers. All very clean though.

Liked: Great experience all around. Booking was simple and speedy, and staff sorted everything required with no fuss. All in all 10 out of 10

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the staff was great. Especially Jorge who helped us with some trouble with the keycard.
Disliked: The room was very small which we knew when we booked it but it made the air in the room quite bad so some sort of ventilation would have been great.
