Very good

Liked: Excellent value for money, the location is in the very middle of the city centre and is in a great location to access the Supertram network and railway station, friendly staff on the front desk, all of the necessary amenities were working and well stocked, window view looked out onto the city centre, the bed was very comfy and the room seemed adequately soundproofed.
Disliked: The room had a bit of an unusual smell.

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff. Value for money. Clean comfortable room. Clean bed. Great location right next to a tram stop for getting around.Had a room with a window, last time I had an interior room, it was well worth the few extra pounds.

Good location great night

Liked: Location was perfect Easy check inRooms were good. Compact but everything you needed
Disliked: Freezing!! At 3am had to ring reception to put my heating on as it wasn’t working but did it immediately
