Liked: I had a nice, quiet and comfortable room on the 6th floor. I was very comfortable, so I was well rested. The check in service was great. The receptionist, Maria, was incredible! She was very helpful, funny, kind and welcoming. I loved her energy!
Disliked: The room was very small. Check out was at 10:00 am. Normally, if the check out is at 10:00 or at 11:00, in other hotels, the check in is a bit earlier. At this hotel the check in is at 15:00 and check out is at 10:00! If you want to have a late check out you have to pay 20 euros and I find that outrageous!

Disliked: Absolutely freezing, it was warmer in the corridor, and I really mean ,double glazing would help,Also seems to be a lot of immigrant either staying there or hanging about there
