Liked: The staff were fantastic helpful. A little issue at the beginning for me, but they sorted very quickly and were very apologetic. We were in a large group and everyone else had no problems at all. If you use your hotel to go out and explore, it is perfectly adequate as a place to rest at the end of the day.
Disliked: Looks a bit worn in places, but for the price it's better than a lot of similar prices hotels.

My first choice whenever I...

Liked: The staff are excellent & the location is perfect. In the centre of Rotterdam, ideal for a wide variety of restaurants and transport connections. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.
