friendly staff, poor room

Liked: staff were excellent and friendly
Disliked: room smelt badly and was extremely cold. Staff couldn't move me to another room due to capacity and had to provide a heater for the room. The bathroom was to support a disability guest (no issues on that front) but the facilities didnt have the basics like a shelf for toiletries, a hand towel, hot water in the sink (which was powered so strongly it spilt water everywhere. the bathroom was cold.
