Convenient location but dreadful lack...

Liked: Convenient centre tral location. Good coffee vending machine. Comfortable bed. Reception staff improved over time.
Disliked: Didn't get much help about best parking rates locally. Receptionist asked for photo ID instead of booking confirmation number, which eventually was asked for only after some consternation. Initial.room was windowless. Upgraded room window did not open.

Brill as always

Liked: Location brilliant staff lovely and friendly and rooms clean and tidy
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant

Adequate, but over priced.

Disliked: Very cramped, no storage space for baggage, no car parking.

Very pleasant, a table and...

Liked: Clean, modern facilities, located right in town centre.
Disliked: No chair or table, had to eat my takeout on the bed which is daft….paid for a window room, but didn’t open and people in offices overlooking you….

Superb

Liked: This my second visit in 5 weeks. Ideal for last minute trip and just needed a base for the night.
Disliked: Took 2 visits to work out hw to use the TV but no big deal.

Good

Liked: Very basic.
Disliked: No breakfast.. Just a coffee machine at reception.good location but would not stop here again.

Exceptional

Liked: Central location by bars and restaurants . Nice staff

Poor

Liked: Very quick and friendly check in, staff very friendly, room.was very clean
Disliked: Very noisey early in the morning, bed was very uncomfortable especially when sleeping next to a big massive mirror and having only one pillow wasn't comfortable.
