complaining

Liked: NOTHING AT ALL
Disliked: No parking and yo said there is parking no kettle jug only 2 hangers no small table to put even a tin of drink 1 towel for 2 guests no small chair to sit

Liked: Great location, just what I needed for 1 night. Was in Leeds for a show and it was only a couple of minutes from the theatre.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but was only for one night so not too much of a problem

Not amazing but not the...

Liked: The rooms were a convenient size - a little on the small side but not bad.The lighting was also good in the bathroom for doing my makeup.
Disliked: The receptionist looked like she'd rather be dead than working front desk. She chewed gum throughout the whole interaction and had a glazed-over expression.My partner collected a hair dryer from the desk only to find it was broken when we tried to use it in our room. I returned it to the desk to exchange it for another, explaining it was broken. The same girl then put it back in the drawer with the other hair dryers and then handed me a new one that thankfully did work. It doesn't seem that there was a lot of forward thinking on that desk...or any ar all for that matter.

I enjoyed my short stay

Disliked: To small air con didn't work wanted money for clean towels charged us £10 as was 20 min late departing juat mot very nice place
