I was really happy with...

Liked: The hotel is clean, welcoming and it has everything you need. It was a last minute booking, and everything was well communicated. Staff were really lovely and informative. The late checkout of 1pm was great also.
Disliked: It was a bit warm in our room on the 7th floor, but that’s to be expected and nothing else to take away from our stay there.

All the above explains it...

Liked: Clean enough, comfy enough beds, easy to use hot shower, bare minimum facilities-which leads me to what I didn’t like..
Disliked: Poor accommodation in terms of value for money. Paying about £120 for a TINY dungeon room with bare minimum facilities, no window, no table with kettle and tea or coffee… no mugs supplied…(just what should be the bare minimum). This wouldn’t be asking for much.I’m not one to write reviews or complain but £30 quid in the past, whether it was before Covid started or not, we had all these extra facilities. £116 was a rip off.

Liked: Very close to town centre, less than 10 minute walk and actually took longer to get to town in Uber. Lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful if the tried! Lovely place to stay!

Liked: We couldn't stay long so was just for sleeping really but the late staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: Not enough towels, pet friendly but doesn't provide a pet bed? Considering you pay for the dog, you'd think there would be accommodations like other pet friendly hotels I've been too.
