Clean and convenient but not...

Liked: This is a nice modern hotel just minutes away from New Street Station. It is the perfect location for shopping and entertainment with many restaurants and bars and shops within yards of the hotel.
Disliked: Despite the hotel's best effort at soundproofing the thump thump sound from the nearby nightclubs is very audible and I found it quite difficult to get to sleep. When they say "small room without window" think box. The room is tiny. I have never slept in a room so small. It fits a bed and nothing else. There are fixed hangers on the wall to hang clothes, everything else goes on the floor. The bathroom was spotless and the shower apart from its size was very good, but there was no toilet brush or drinking glass in the room. In fact there was absolutely no complimentary items such as kettle or tea or coffee, although if they were offered there would have been nothing in the room to stand them on. Four walls, a comfortable bed and a nice shower in an absolutely tiny claustrophobic room. Worth the price? Definitely not.

Liked: CleanTidyPretty comfy bed. The member of staff in reception Valfeny was really lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: The room is far too stripped back. There is not even a chair to sit on or anywhere to put your items from your bag on other than the floor. I really don’t understand why no chair as there is plenty of space in the room.

Liked: The easyHotel exceeded every expectation I have. I don’t enjoy Birmingham whatsoever but the stay itself made it the extra bit better
Disliked: There was a weird glory hole handle thing in the bathroom entrance in the family room When staying with friends it’s a laugh… but awkward
