Friendly staff and good location

Liked: Salvatore (front desk staff) is a great help to us and offer us a drink when we are feeling exhausted from our trip. Great service!
Disliked: Room is a tiny for 2 of us with big luggage. There's no kettle in the room for making hot beverage.

Liked: Perfect location, super comfy beds, and excellent service. The hotel offers everything you need. Special thanks to Ignacio at the front desk — super attentive, friendly, and always in a great mood. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The double room we stayed in was a little small, however it has everything you need.

Liked: Hotel is located perfectly in my opinion: you can easily reach museums and city center by foot or you can use public transport if you want.The room was perfectly clean.
Disliked: The windows cannot be opened so you get fresh air from air conditioning. I personally don't like it, but it is so in many other hotels as well.Single beds could be a bit wider.
